About Us
Here’s a little about our company. This section is mostly about what we believe, and how we think and act when we go out to serve our customers each day. There’s also a little about our history in the well pump and tank business.
Our Guiding Principle: The Golden Rule
I Believe the Golden Rule is as good of a guide as any for how to treat You, our customers.
Unfortunately, just like any other repair business, there are well water pump repair people out there who will want to replace more than you need to have replaced. They will try to sell you what you don’t need. A well pump is not cheap, so it’s good if they can sell you one, plus the labor and associated parts.
And just like with automobile repair, if you don’t really know what’s going on with well water systems, you’re just going to have to take their word for it, and possibly spend a lot more money than you need to spend to get your water running again.
In other words, you can trust them and take what they’re saying to be true, or pay them for what they’ve done (if anything), then call someone else, which means lost time and extra expense.
We know we’re not perfect! But we try every day to do the best we can do for you.
I’m certainly not a saint, and I don’t think I ever will be. But I’m honest, I’m ethical, and I believe that’s
THE ONLY WAY to treat my customers.
We believe it is shamefully wrong to take advantage of your trust. It’s the Golden Rule in action: we don’t
want to be treated like that, and we don’t want our customers to be either. Just read some of our reviews
on Google, or Angi’s, or Home Advisor.
Year after year, we have earned the trust and loyalty of our customers by doing only the work that needs
to be done, by doing it as fast as we reasonably can, and at fair market prices.
MANY times I have solved the “ We don’t have water, my well-pump-quit-working” problem for someone simply by having them describe it to me over the phone, and then giving them some simple instructions to test a few things, and then a few steps to follow. Usually the homeowner fears the worst (the well pump needs to be replaced), but often all they really need is a much less costly pressure switch, or storage tank.
Give us a call. We will take care of you with the red carpet service that constantly earns us Five Stars
from our customers. We simply wouldn’t have it any other way!
